This Condo is a 4 bedroom 4-1/2 bath unit with about 3,600 square feet. It is unfurnished [even thought there is furniture in the video]. It is on the ground floor. What makes this place most unique is that it is the only 4 bedroom condo anywhere on the island that is part of such a small 6 unit property. Almost all 4 bedroom condos on the island are part of 42 to 63 unit complexes.
The current owners loved the privacy of just having 5 neighbors, most of which only use their condos about four times a year. The owners were often the only family using the facility for the majority of our vacations there. In my opinion property in the Caymans has had no where near the problems that US real estate has experienced. The Sellers have moved about one mile up the beach from Mandalay in January 2008 and that is they are selling the condo.
